This unit is exceptionally well programmed.... I have used Ultraplayer for two years or more, and was surprised to find this wonderful free software while searching for a Mod player. . I have not tried streaming yet, but shall do so and let you know how it works with Harddisk ogg and Boombox.... If all goes well, then goodbye Ultraplayer. I commend you for a fine product. Well done, sir! ( I really do like the ability to just use a directory as a playlist. That is fantastic!) I will keep this as my main unit, regardless... Thank you for a fine programming effort that resulted in an excellent product. Again.. Keep up the fine work.., Thank you very much.

Ok. The next version will have 2 skins, the one brighter than the original. It will also have an option that will change the skin colors to more bright or dark.

Thank you
-- I've used you passion player when you first relased it many years ago, but prefered to use the mod plug player, due to ease of use.
But now ModPlug doesn't work for my uses anymore and it's not supported. I'm using Windows server 2003 x64 and Modplug does not multitask very well unfortunatly while playing games like Everquest or WoW.
So I was on the hunt for a new player.
Therefore I have recently tryed all the different players available, and tested them all out. I used the recording from The Sands group to check for sound quality.
When I downloaded The Sands 10 year compilation, I used there included player and was flabergasted at the sound quality and and actual reproduction quality through there player. So I used there included songs to test all the player available... And I have to say ModPlug and Passion player are the only two that faithfully reproduced there song properly. A bit better on passion player.
And subsequent tests have showed me that your player is very solid, and works extremely well in a mulitasking enviroment.
Thank you for a great player, and I'm sorry I by-passed your work in the past.
Is an x64 version in consideration for Vista or x64 XP?

Thanks for your kind words Rookal. I must admit that modplug and kjofol still are my favourites audio players (after mine of course). I like them because they have great quality of sound, and they were very innonative at the era they got released. On the other hand my application tries to be stable with good quality and to make it's use simple and effective About the 64 bit version, it's not in my plans to add this natural support since i don't have a 64 bit compiler. So we leave it for the future. But even if it gets 64 bit, don't excpect much to change, because an audio player doesn't stress the PC so much nowadays. Thanks again for posting
